A Closet Remix...

Hi! So today's look is all about mixing old and new. I have really gotten better about actually wearing and pairing different outfits more than a couple times which I think is good obviously because it helps me not shop for clothes as much so leaves more room for accessory buying which lets face it, it's all about the jewels! So I'm wearing this old paisley Banana Republic bubble tank with some old J CRew Factory denim matchsticks and a new J Crew Factory mint cardigan (classic old style but new cardigan) and a new white bubble necklace from Amazon. I know the bubble necklaces are played out but I still love them especially big ones in white or cream colors which are the two that I own. I just think they're so fun and they really add a lot to an outfit. I know they are a trend but I think they're gonna trend a little longer than expected, at least for me anyway;). I've really enjoyed digging in my closet lately and styling older pieces of clothing that I thought I wouldn't wear again. Style is all about what you make it whether it be an old pair of jeans and a t shirt, add a new trending accessory and your outfit looks and feels brand new! I still have some items in my closet I haven't worn yet so I think it's fun to dig in and re create looks with older pieces to give them a little more time to shine before the new ones do.
